The only Internet-based continuing education system, for all teachers, in China to have documentary support and guidance from the Ministry of Education and its branches.
Rapid deployment of educational channeling system:
Leverage our authoritative advantages to rapidly build a top-down province/county-wide “Resource and Learning Centers (RLC)” to effectively “lockup” teachers, and by default, students.
Effective educational distribution channels:
Maximize this channel by distributing educational books, media and supplies using a profit-sharing mechanism.
Partnership with WebEx to deliver a carrier-class, scalable online continuing education system.
